If life seems at its lowest ebb
如果生活到达了低谷
Because a day's gone wrong
不要因为一天的糟糕
Let not your heart be troubled
扰乱了心绪
For a new day soon will dawn
因为不久就会迎来新的一天
And we can never be quite sure
我们谁也不能保证
Just what it has in store
下一秒会发生什么
Since each one is so different than the one just gone before

As it penetrates the darkness with its soft and tranquil beams
凭借其柔软安静的光芒，崭新的一天破晓而至
It calms even the most restless soul
它甚至有着不甘平庸的灵魂
And brings new hopes and dreams

So when a day's been troubled
因此如有一天过的不尽人意
And the night is dark and long
黑夜又漫长无边
