Now of course sure Sloanes, so you know it's also really important it's all about the numbers, absolutely; it's all about the technology without a doubt. But only people can build products and produce numbers. And so I decided to write that book. Now if you decide to read the book which I, of course, hoped you will. You will find that the first thing I deal with in this book, in the very first two pages, is the fact that I got fired. It was, of course, a hugely public event. It made headlines alt over the world. It causes lots of people still to say. "Gosh, you failed." By the way I don't think I failed, I do think that I was fired. But we will come to that in a moment. But I decided I had to start with that, because if I could not deal with that, most public of events, in an authentic way, the reader wouldn't believe the rest of the book. And so I start with that.

What happened and how I felt and how I got up the next day and went on. I do spend a chapter talking about my time at MIX. Because my time here made a big difference, and I want to just talk to about three classes that I took here, because they are, they made being impact on me. By the way, you know, I loved, actually maybe four classes.

1. without a doubt

无疑地;确实地;

eg. The refugees, without a doubt, are the most vulnerable.

eg. Without a doubt these theories were all wrong.

2. start with

(从…)开始;(从…)着手;

eg. Let's start with the more easily addressable issues.

eg. Dinner starts with a small dish, which is often called a starter. Some.

3. make a difference

有…影响;起…作用;

eg. Where you live can make such a difference to the way you feel.

eg. What you have told me may make a difference to my own position.
