Guilt

愧疚

I value my freedom, so I neither give nor receive guilt.

我珍惜自己的自由,因此我即不产生也不接受愧疚。

I love and accept myself exactly as I am.

我爱并接受自己本来的模样。

This is a good affirmation for releasing guilt.

这是摆脱愧疚的一种积极的方式。

As a child, I was manipulated through guilt into good behavior.

孩提时,我被迫通过愧疚感培养好行为。

“Don’t be like that,” “ Don’t say that ,” “ No, no , no!”

“别那样!””别这么说!”“不,不,不!”

Religion also uses guilt to keep people in line, even telling them that they’ll burn in hell if they “misbehave”.

宗教也常常通过愧疚感让人们遵守规矩,甚至告诉人们如果“行为不端”就会下地狱。

I forgive the churches and the church authorities.

我原谅这些宗教和宗教权威。

I choose to forgive my parents and to forgive myself.

我选择原谅我的父母和我自己。

All of us were living under a very heavy mantle of “guilt”, feeling “ not good enough” for whatever reason.

我们所有人都生活在愧疚感笼罩的沉重外套下,不管出于什么原因,都觉得自己“不够好”。

This is a new day.

今天是全新的一天。

Let us take back our power!

让我们收回自己的力量!

I start by loving and accepting myself unconditionally.

让我们开始无条件的爱并接纳自己。
