普通人
The common man gets up in the morning
他起个大早
To work in order to feed his family
赚钱养家
The common man struggles to make ends meet
勉强糊口
Not letting his family go hungry
不让家人挨饿受冻
The common man prays for his family daily
祈求家人平安
From any hurt harm or danger
无灾无险
That’s what the common man does
这就是普通人的一天
The common loves his wife and kids
他爱自己的老婆孩子
Holding things together every day
操持内外
The common man works sunrise to sunset
日出到日落，操劳不止
Does what he can in every way
拼尽全力
The common man is peaceable to his fellow man
亲和同事
Not in war with his neighbor
邻里和谐
Being the kind of man who loves
宽厚仁爱
Yeah, that’s what the common man does
这就是这个普通人的日常
The common man believes in God
他有信仰
And all his wondrous things he do, prays with his family daily
他做的所有奇妙的事，就是每天都和家人一起祈祷
He tries to be true
努力真诚
True to his family and his God
对家人，对信仰
That’s common man as you see and that’s what he does
这就是我们身边的普通人的模样
In case you haven’t seen one
如果你从没见过这么个人
Look around and take a good look
仔细看看你身边
And you’ll surely find out and understand
相信你就能发现
The common man and his purpose
